Smartly dressed in their iconic white and grey uniforms, proudly wearing their school ties, the children sang the national anthem and watched a presentation showcasing the history of Karachi Grammar School. Mrs.Farooq and various teachers from both sections reflected on the school’s legacy of achievement and dedication, culture and community and encouraged the children to always be forces for good in the world. The school song was sung and the assembly ended on a celebratory note with the children singing ‘‘Happy Birthday” to the school!
To mark this occasion, the children of both sections participated in a card making activity, drawing and writing birthday messages for ‘KGS’ and displaying them in the foyer. Kindergarten children made colourful bookmarks and put up quick writes on their classroom boards.
