DOCUMENTS REQUIRED

Candidates should organise the following documents (scanned plus physical copy) for upcoming application via the portal.

  1. Proof of Payment for Processing Fee.
  2. Attested photocopies of all O-Level/ IGCSE examination results taken within 13 months period before May/June 2026, including Pakistan Studies and Islamiyat/Bible Knowledge.
  3. School reports of Year X (first and second term).
  4. School report of Year XI (first term).
  5. Scan of recent passport-size photographs of the candidate.
  6. Scan of Smart Card of Student.
  7. Scans of CNICs of both parents.
  8. Principal’s Confidential Report (Reports should be emailed by the applicant’s current school to reference.fyadmissions2026@kgs.edu.pk latest by 12 pm, 3rd February 2026). Download Report
  9. Additional document required at a later date: School Clearance Certificate, or a similar document, indicating that all financial and other commitments to the School in which the O-Level examinations were taken have been met.
