ADMISSION NOTICE [Year VII – 2026]

Dear Parents and Guardians,

Please note the following steps and important points for 2026 Year VII admissions:

 

STEP 1:

Application Processing Fee

You are requested to pay PKR: 2,500/- as processing fee in the given bank account:

STEP 2:

5th January to 31st January 2026 (inclusive): Online Admission Registration Form to be filled in through: https://admissions.kgs.edu.pk

The documents listed below are to be uploaded for all applicants:

1. The applicant’s

  i) Original birth certificate (not a recent extract)

  ii) Original B-Form issued by NADRA/NADRA Birth Registration/                NICOP

  iii) Recent passport-size photograph

  iv) Academic reports of the past 2 terms, stamped and attested by               the current Principal of the school the applicant is attending.

2. CNIC of both parents/guardian

PERMITTED DATES OF BIRTH:

Children born in the following months only will be considered:

2014: MAY, JUNE, JULY, AUGUST, SEPTEMBER, OCTOBER, NOVEMBER, DECEMBER

2015: JANUARY, FEBRUARY, MARCH, APRIL

This is strictly enforced.

 

STEP 3:

Saturday 14th March 2026: Admission test – English, Mathematics and Urdu at the Middle Section, Saddar details will be notified later.

 

STEP 4:

16th April 2026: List of shortlisted candidates will be uploaded on the School website.

 

STEP 5:

21st to 24th April 2026: Shortlisted candidates and their parents to come into School for verification of documents and interview.

 

STEP 6: 

1st May 2026: Form numbers of successful candidates will be posted on the School website.
