Admission to Year 3

Dear Parents and Guardians,

We are pleased to outline the Year 3 Admission process for 2026.

The important points are highlighted below.

In the Junior Section, only Year 3 will be open for admission.

PERMITTED DATES OF BIRTH

Children born in the following months only will be considered:

2018:    MAY, JUNE, JULY, AUGUST, SEPTEMBER, OCTOBER, NOVEMBER, DECEMBER

2019:    JANUARY, FEBRUARY, MARCH, APRIL.

Please note that the submission of any fake documents will invalidate the application for admission.

This is strictly enforced.

 

STEP 1:

Application Processing Fee

You are requested to pay PKR: 2,500/- as processing fee in the given bank account:

STEP 2: ONLINE REGISTRATION

Monday 5th January 2026 – Friday 30th January 2026

Online Admission Registration Forms to be filled in through: https://admissions.kgs.edu.pk.                      The documents listed below to be uploaded and originals brought in on the day of Verification (see Step 3)

Documents required for verification [for all applicants] are:

  1. Original birth certificate of the candidate (not a recent one) with a photocopy.
  2. Original B-form issued by NADRA/ NADRA Birth Registration / NICOP, with a photocopy.
  3. Recent passport-size photograph of the candidate (2 copies) – with the candidate’s name clearly written on the back.
  4. Both parents’ original CNIC/NICOP with photocopy
  5. If applicable, we request ex-KGS parents to bring evidence of their Grammarian past and/or details of any of the children with KGS links, in addition to the documents above.
  6. A recent family photograph of parents with the child and siblings taken in 2025. All members of the family should be clearly visible.

 

STEP 3: DATE & TIME FOR VERIFICATION, INTERVIEW AND ASSESSMENT

Friday 6th February 2026

A date and time will be posted, against your form number, on the website, informing you of the day & time to come to school for the document verification, interview of both parents & child and the child’s assessment.

 

STEP 4: VERIFICATION OF DOCUMENTS, INTERVIEW AND ASSESSMENT

Monday 16th February – Tuesday 24th February

 i. Verification of documents is to be done in person by both parents / guardians / as a single parent.        *All the  documents mentioned above will be required.

 ii. Interview of both parents & child

 iii. Individual Assessment of the child.

 

STEP 5: WRITTEN TEST

Saturday 14th March 2026 on school premises, Junior Section.

 

STEP 6: RESULT

Results will be posted on the school website using form numbers, at the end of April/ beginning of May 2026.
