On Thursday, 23rd January, students of Year VIII visited Jehangir Park as part of their Literature curriculum, inspired by Gerald Durrell’s autobiography. The walk aimed to foster curiosity and an appreciation for nature, allowing students to observe crawling ants, ducks in the aviary, and the park’s serene greenery.
This immersive experience encouraged students to connect classroom learning with real-world exploration, sparking discussions on conservation and environmental responsibility. The visit proved that the best lessons often come from stepping outside and engaging with the world around us.
