Year IX Trip Recap: Exploring the Cultural Heart of Lahore

Middle

Our Year IX students recently embarked on an enriching and memorable trip to the historic city of Lahore. They explored Androon-e-Lahore and the Walled City, gaining insights into its rich history. A visit to the magnificent Badshahi Mosque and Wazir Khan Mosque offered a glimpse into Pakistan’s architectural and spiritual heritage. The vibrant Lahore bazaar provided an opportunity for students to practice their bargaining skills and purchase traditional souvenirs.  Students enjoyed a scenic tour of the city on a double-decker bus, providing a unique perspective of Lahore’s landmarks. They delved into the intriguing Katas Raj Temple complex and ventured into the Khewra Salt Mine. The trip’s itinerary was thoughtfully designed to complement classroom learning while fostering camaraderie among the Year IX cohort.

Students returned with broadened perspectives, cherished memories, and strengthened friendships.
