The inaugural meeting of the Cubing Club at Alpha Lab unfolded on October 30th, 2023, marking the commencement of an exciting journey for Rubik’s cube enthusiasts. Guiding this thrilling venture was Yusef Bashir, the dedicated Patron of the Club, accompanied by the insightful Club Council members, Ammar Arif and Aaariz Asim Karim.

Divided into three distinct groups catering to various skill levels, the Cubing Club embraced a diverse range of cubers eager to enhance their skills and engage with the Rubik’s cube community.

In the Pro/Advanced group led by Aaariz, participants delved into advanced techniques and solving methods, pushing the boundaries of their cubing abilities. Yusef, at the helm of the Intermediate group, provided tailored guidance for those who could already solve the cube but were eager to explore new algorithms and strategies. Ammar took charge of the Beginner group, ensuring that newcomers felt welcomed and equipped with fundamental cubing knowledge.
