The first of November – a significant day on which we recapped and reflected on past endeavours – endeavours that spanned one hundred and seventy six years. Arts, sports, heritage, personalities and events that were revisited made our chests swell with pride. Singing the school song rekindled the sense of pride, gratitude, and respect in the hearts of each and every Grammarian present in the Shed. On this day,  the Headgirl and I had the privilege of planting a tree. This tree will remain a symbol of protection, hospitality, and kindness.
