In an exciting twist to our phonics lessons, the Nursery children enjoyed a fun-filled “Rickshaw Ride” as a reinforcement activity for learning the Urdu letter ‘ray’. To make the experience truly unforgettable, a real rickshaw was brought to school!

The children eagerly explored how the rickshaw worked, counting its wheels and enthusiastically identifying different parts. Their excitement grew as they got the chance to sit inside the rickshaw, experiencing the ride firsthand.

The highlight of the day was when our Principal, Mr. Lander, took on the role of the rickshaw driver, with some of the students joyfully hopping on as his ‘passengers’. Their laughter and excitement were contagious!

This hands-on activity provided not only an unforgettable experience but also an opportunity for imaginative play, making it both entertaining and educational. The children left with smiles on their faces, memories to cherish, and a stronger understanding of the letter ‘ray’—a perfect blend of fun and learning!
