On Tuesday, October 29th, and Wednesday, October 30th, Prep students had the opportunity to visit the Indus Valley School of Art (IVS), where they took part in a variety of engaging, hands-on activities.
The children explored colours and patterns through pot painting, enhancing their fine motor skills along the way. In clay modeling, they experimented with texture, shape, and form, fostering tactile learning and imaginative expression as they created unique models. The storytelling session was a highlight, captivating the students and sparking their imaginative thinking.
Each activity supported their social, emotional, and cognitive development, in line with the school’s commitment to promoting student well-being, mental health, and physical activity. The visit to IVS was a memorable experience, designed to nurture creativity and encourage self-expression.
