To reinforce the Urdu letter ‘ray’, our Nursery children took part in a delightful “Rickshaw Ride” activity. A real rickshaw was brought to school, sparking much excitement. The children eagerly counted the wheels, explored different parts, and even saw a small wooden model rickshaw up close.
The highlight, of course, was sitting inside the rickshaw, waving to their friends, and joyfully calling out, “Ruk Ruk Rickshaw!”
This hands-on experience not only created lasting memories but also encouraged observation, imaginative play, and active learning—making the sound of ‘ray’ both fun and meaningful for our young learners.
