Our Nursery children had a wonderful time learning outdoors during a recent visit to the park. The trip was planned to help reinforce their Science learning about forces in a fun, active, and meaningful way.

During the visit, the children took part in activities such as tug of war, jumping over ropes, and ball games, which helped them explore the ideas of push and pull through play. They also enjoyed using the playground equipment, practising sliding and balancing while noticing how gravity affects movement.

After a shared snack, the children showed great responsibility by disposing of their rubbish properly. Throughout the trip, teachers encouraged taking turns, working together, and showing respect for others and the environment.

It was a happy and engaging outing, and a great example of how young children can learn important concepts through real-life experiences.
