During today’s Junior Section assembly, we welcomed the Umeed Parr team, who shared the heartwarming and inspiring work they do for children courageously facing cancer. With genuine empathy, they spoke about how their organization not only provides essential medical care but also brings comfort to children and their families during difficult times. Through joyful art activities, sticker schemes, and fun rewards, they brighten hospital stays, keeping young patients positive and engaged, while also offering counseling and support to parents.

As part of their inspiring efforts, they introduced us to their special tickets programme in the oncology ward, where children earn fun rewards for completing activities and treatments. In response, our Kindergarten and Junior Sections are excited to launch a toy drive, collecting toys to bring even more smiles to the brave children on this journey. 

Their message touched our hearts, reminding us all of the power of kindness, compassion, and how even the smallest gestures can bring light to those in need.
