The corridors of the Junior Section and Early Years came alive with the sound of cheerful chatter and the sight of smiling faces. Children in crisp new uniforms greeted friends they had missed over the summer, eager to step into their new classrooms and discover who their teachers would be.
On August 4th, students from Prep to Year VI returned, their energy and excitement filling every corner. The new Nursery children arrived a few days later on August 7th—some walking in with quiet confidence, others holding a little tighter to a parent’s hand. Warm welcomes, gentle reassurances, and plenty of fun ice-breaking activities soon turned those first-day nerves into happy smiles.
Freshly issued books found their way into eager hands, while the Year VI students took pride in their brand-new furniture and lockers. The redesigned JS library was a highlight, with children exploring shelves lined with a wonderful selection of new books ready to be borrowed and enjoyed.
Every corner buzzed with excitement and the promise of new beginnings, setting the perfect tone for the year ahead.
Here’s to an academic year ahead brimming with learning, laughter, and lasting friendships—a year where every child’s journey is filled with curiosity, joy, and the promise of new adventures.
