KGS Shines at the 31st Palmolive Sindh Women’s Swimming Championship

Junior

The 31st Palmolive Sindh Women’s Swimming Championship concluded in a spectacular display of skill, determination, and relentless energy at the Karachi Gymkhana, showcasing the remarkable talent of KGS’s rising female swimmers. Over two thrilling days, athletes from across Sindh brought focus, endurance, and speed to the pool, competing fiercely across six age categories.

Organised by the Karachi Women’s Swimming Association (KWSA), the championship has become a premier stage for nurturing and celebrating women’s sporting excellence in the country. This year, 377 swimmers from 20 institutions showcased their skills, setting 10 new records in 67 events, and raising the bar for the next generation of athletes.

Karachi Grammar School dominated the competition, emerging as the overall champions with a remarkable 533 points, followed by The CAS School with 176.50 points and Karachi Club with 129 points. Among our 116 participating students, the Junior Section stood out, contributing 109 points and demonstrating exceptional skill against seasoned competitors.

Our Junior Section swimmers delivered a stellar medal haul: 6 Gold, 19 Silver, and 7 Bronze, taking the lead from the very start and outperforming their rivals decisively.

Congratulations to Team KGS for their extraordinary achievements and for upholding the spirit of excellence in swimming. Your dedication, hard work, and sportsmanship continue to inspire!
