There was laughter in the air and a sparkle in every eye as the Junior Section came alive with colour and cheer on Wednesday, 21st May. Dressed in their favourite party clothes and brimming with excitement, students from all year groups arrived ready to celebrate the last day of school—marking the end of a wonderful year and
the beginning of a well-earned summer break.
The day began with a delightful talent show by the Year VI students. Their performances—ranging from singing and dancing to piano solos and lively skits—captured the spirit and energy of the moment. Interwoven with these were heartfelt speeches by the House Captains, adding warmth and reflection to the occasion. The morning ended on a bittersweet note as the Year VIs sang a touching farewell song followed by the school song, bidding goodbye to the Junior Section as they prepared to move on to the next chapter of their school journey.
Then came the much-awaited class parties! Classrooms were decorated with bright banners and colourful buntings, setting the scene for a joyful celebration. Children shared delicious treats with their classmates and thoughtfully included the domestic staff, showing appreciation for their year-round support.
The day was a perfect mix of fun, friendship, and fond farewells—bringing the school year to a happy close and marking the beginning of the summer break.
