Admission to Nursery


Dear Parents and Guardians,

We are pleased to outline the Nursery Admission process for 2026.

In the Early Years only Nursery will be open for admission.

PERMITTED DATES OF BIRTH

Children born in the following months only will be considered:

2022: MAY, JUNE, JULY, AUGUST, SEPTEMBER, OCTOBER, NOVEMBER, DECEMBER

2023: JANUARY, FEBRUARY, MARCH, APRIL.

Please note that the submission of any fake documents will invalidate the application for admission. This is strictly enforced.


STEP 1: APPLICATION PROCESSING FEE
You are requested to pay PKR: 2,500/- as processing fee in the given bank account.

STEP 2: ONLINE REGISTRATION

Friday 5th December 2025 – Thursday 15th January 2026: Online Admission Registration Form to be filled in through:https://admissions.kgs.edu.pk

The documents listed below to be uploaded and originals brought in on the day of Verification.

Documents required for verification [for all applicants] are:

  1. Original birth certificate of the candidate (not a recent one) with photocopy.
  2. Original B-form issued by NADRA / Nadra Birth Registration / NICOP, with photocopy of the candidate.
  3. Recent passport-size photograph of the candidate (2 copies) – with the candidate’s name clearly written on the back.
  4. Original CNIC/NICOP and photocopy of both parents.
  5. If applicable, we request ex-KGS parents to bring evidence of their Grammarian past and/or details of any of the children with KGS links, in addition to the documents above.
  6. A recent family photograph of parents with the child & siblings taken in December 2025 or January 2026.
  7. Payment evidence of application processing fee.

 

STEP 3: DATE & TIME FOR VERIFICATION OF DOCUMEMTS

Thursday 5th February 2026: A date and time will be posted on the website against the form number for verification of documents to be done in school.

Monday 9th February to Saturday 14th February 2026: Verification of documents is to be done in person by both parents / guardians /as a single parent on the specified date.

The date for your interview and child’s assessment will be given to you once your documents are verified.


STEP 4:

Interview & Assessment starting from 25th February, 2026.

 

STEP 5: Results

Results will be posted on the website using the form numbers.

Please check the website for updates in the last week of April 2026.
