The Junior Section auditorium was filled with energy as students gathered for the annual English and Urdu Elocution. Spread over a week, participants from Years III and IV presented a wide range of poetry, bringing together timeless classics and contemporary favourites. Their performances reflected confidence, clarity, and expressive depth, as they demonstrated both strong language skills and the ability to engage their audience.
The programme was further enriched by the Year II choral presentation, which brought a lively and engaging element to the event. Through a thoughtfully selected collection of playful, rhythmic, and imaginative poems in both English and Urdu, the young performers delivered a well-coordinated and spirited recital. Their expressive voices, synchronised gestures, and evident confidence added warmth and charm to the occasion.
All performances were assessed on voice projection, articulation, expression, and stage presence. Both individual and group recitations were met with enthusiastic applause, reflecting the audience’s appreciation of the children’s effort and enthusiasm. With guidance and encouragement from their teachers, the students rose to the occasion, earning praise from Mrs. Farooq, Mrs. Husain, and the audience, making the event a memorable celebration of language and expression.
