Karachi Grammar School Middle Section celebrated World Mental Health Day 2025 with a day full of meaningful activities aimed at promoting awareness, empathy, and emotional well-being within the school community. The morning assembly featured a powerful presentation by the Wellness and Counselling Team, reminding students that “it’s okay not to be okay” and encouraging open dialogue about mental health. Students and teachers showed their solidarity by wearing a splash of green, symbolizing growth and healing. During break time, interactive activities inspired teamwork, gratitude, and self-reflection. The highlight of the day was the formal announcement of the KGS Wellness Society, where newly selected members were presented with badges in recognition of their commitment to fostering a supportive and compassionate environment. The celebration reinforced KGS’s ongoing dedication to nurturing not only academic excellence but also emotional strength, empathy, and community care.
